Founded by Martin & Ellinor Isaksson who have been the owners of the factory until today. Head pastry chef Martin, has a past in the Swedish national team, still is the heart of the production up in Södermalms heights, where Chokladfabriken now is an institution among sweet-toothed Stockholmers.
Each ingredient is carefully selected and locally produced and the chocolate used is always from the world's leading suppliers.

When Queen Lovisa Ulrika received the Ulriksdal palace as a wedding gift she commissioned the architect Carl Hårleman to turn the castle into a theatre of European standard.
In 1753 the theatre was ready to be used, fully equipped and designed in the latest rococo fashion.

The musicians are Sweden´s leading soloist and from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
With the highest quality they perform Vivaldi´s music with a distinct sense of style and invite the audience to a warm sound.
The Four Seasons
The four seasons is one of the most iconic works in classical music.
These solo concerts are part of his opus 8: the collection Il cimentodell'armonia e dell'inventione, which was published in the year 1725. Togetherwith the concerts themselves, sonnets describing the different seasons wereprinted.
Antonio Vivaldi (1678−1741) was a center of power in the European musical lifeof his time. He wrote a lot of music - 500 solo concerts in total. His musicstruck a chord with both high and low in society, helped by Vivaldi's colorful personality and his skill as a violinist.
